Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Displayed rates are rates per night for the entire house, including Japanese consumption tax.

Minimum stays

Winter Peak Season: 5 nights
Winter Value Season: 3 nights
Other times: 2 nights

Payment Schedule

• Winter bookings (1 December – 31 March)
  50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm reservations.
  50% balance to be paid at least 30 days before check in
  If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full payment is required at time of booking.

• Other times (1 April – 30 November)
  50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm reservations.
  50% balance is to be paid at least 14 days before check in
  If booked fewer than 14 days before check in, full payment is required at time of booking.

Cancellations

30 days notice or more: 50% refund (deposit forfeited)
Less than 30 days notice: no refund
